MSM (Mobility, Stretch, and Meditation ) Flow Number One

I love it when a plan comes together. 

Our business vision continues to come together here at Only In Sedona. We want to continue bringing the beauty of Sedona and healing yoga like you can find only, well, here, right to your living room.

We also want to incorporate some healing for those guests who suffer from chronic conditions, be they mind or body. With that in mind, I’ve designed these MSM — mobility, stretch, and meditation — flows.  

These workouts start by warming up your body and getting your synovial fluid flowing, easing movement for those with arthritis or fibromyalgia. Once you have your blood flowing and those painful adhesions start lifting, we stretch deeper into your muscles and connective tissues. 

We close with a healing body scan meditation. Have a blanket handy or do this workout right as you climb into bed for the evening for a relaxing and pain-free night’s rest.
